  1. Preheat a grill-pan on the stove.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and garlic. Set aside.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. *Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water!
  4. If you haven't already done so, cook and shred the chicken. (Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees).
