  1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to skillet and brown for five minutes on each side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
