Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface, until it is approx 16 inches long by 12 inches wide.
To make the topping, add the butter, brown sugar and honey in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour sauce in a 9x13 inches baking pan and sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the sauce.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
In the bowl of your mixer add the flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, salt, and yeast mixture and mix for about 5 minutes using the dough hook. If the dough is sticking to the bowl, add a bit more flour.
In a small bowl mix the warm water with the yeast and the sugar and let it sit for about 10 minutes until the yeast dissolves and bubbles form.
