  2. Roughly chop the tomatoes, yellow onion, mushrooms and green onions.
  3. Slice the galangal and cut into quarters. (Should be medium-sized chunks).
  4. Chop the lemon grass stalk into 1/4-inch pieces.
  5. Rip the kaffir lime leaves in half.
