  1. In a small saucepan on the stove, add coconut oil, syrup and pumpkin puree, and cook on low heat until melted and combined, stirring constantly. This should only take a couple minutes.
  2. Combine pumpkin seeds, nuts and oats in a large bowl with chia seeds and spices. Mix well.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
