Rub the chicken thighs with some salt and pepper and place it in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover the dish with foil and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn the thighs once pouring them with the sauce.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (convect) - 400 degrees F.
To make the sauce, place all the ingredients except the chicken, salt and pepper in the blender and puree. You can adjust the taste by adding more seasoning or hot pepper or even some sweeteners such as honey.
