  1. In a large bowl, start with 1 cup of the flour, add the salt to it and mix. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and whisk or use a wooden spoon to stir until well combined. Continue by adding the flour half a cup at a time until you can't stir it with the spoon any longer.
  2. Add the yogurt, oil and egg and whisk well.
  3. First of all, just like making any bread we have to proof the yeast, so in a small bowl combine the yeast, sugar and water. Mix this well and then let it sit for about 10 min until frothy on top.
