Mushroom and Sausage Frittata

  1. Saute everything for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, beat the 6 eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped onion and mushroom to the skillet.
  3. Turn on your oven to broil. In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the sausage. Break the sausage with a fork as much as you can. Cook the sausage for a minute or so.
