4-6 ice cubes
¼ cup milk (dairy, non-dairy, you choose)
¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop all-natural chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 cup frozen mixed berries (*I used blackberries, blueberries and raspberries)
