Meatballs in Beer Sauce with Leeks

  1. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook until slightly browned on all sides.
  2. In a large skillet heat the olive oil and add the leaks to it. Saute leeks until tender.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix all the meatballs ingredients together. Shape the meatballs into your preffered size. Set aside.
