  1. Cook the sweet potatoes covered in water and covered until soft (about 10 minutes).
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and bake for about 35-45 minutes, depending on their size. Turn once. Broil them for a few minutes to get a lovely golden crust. Off heat.
  3. To make the marinade, just combine all the ingredients.Throw the chicken thighs in the sauce and let them stand for an hour.
