  1. For the crust: Sift together the flour and sugar. Stir in the cornstarch. Add the butter and work the mixture into a dough-like consistency. Press the crust into a 2-litre oven proof dish and bake for 20 mins, or until golden brown. Once baked, allow to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4
