  1. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, orange juice and milk and stir well. Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of your electric mixer, use the paddle attachment and combine the butter and sugar together and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the orange and lemon zest and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter and flour a round cake pan.
