  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the chopped onion, green bell pepper and garlic. Cook until onion is tender and translucent. Add turkey, tomatoes, hot sauce if using and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and throw in the chopped basil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
