  1. Next, line your muffin tray with cupcake liners. Fortunately, I had these Halloween liners.
  2. Start by whisking together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Using your mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture, mix in the butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. When it's all incorporated, beat on high until smooth, for about 2 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
