  1. Pour a half of the sauce on a baking dish, place the thighs, and pour over them the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining rosemary.
  2. Place 2/3 cup of the grapes, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and 1/2 of the rosemary in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sear the thighs for 2 minutes from both sides.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
