  1. Strain. You will get about 2 cups of puree.
  2. Place the gooseberries and the mint (with the liquid) in a cup of your blender and proceed until smooth.
  3. Place the chocolate mint and water in a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Slightly cool.
