  1. Bake 15-20 minutes, until sides are puffed up and pancake just begins to turn golden brown.
  2. Pour into pan and place in middle of hot oven.
  3. Add all other ingredients to mixer and whip on medium high speed until well-blended.
  4. Put butter in 9x13 pan, and place in oven. When butter is melted, take hot pan out of oven.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
