  1. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl mix the feta cheese with the yogurt. In a separate bowl mix the flour with the baking powder. Gradually add the flour and mix. When the dough gets too thick, turn it over onto a flour surface and continue kneading and adding flour as necessary.
