  1. Roll dough into two 1¼ inch diameter logs and cover with wrap and chill for at least an hour.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch and salt then add to the butter mixture and beat on low speed until combined.
  3. In a mixer, cream the butter and ⅓ cup of sugar until fluffy. Add lime zest, juice, and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
