  1. Fry the chicken on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and add the vegetables to the skillet and cook for a couple minutes. Add the wine and spices and cook for a couple more minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken and dredge it in flour. In a skillet heat the oil and butter and add the chicken to it.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
