Add the stewed tomatoes, rice, and broth and stir. Add the hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
Once everything has been chopped and diced, heat a large skillet with the butter and olive oil.Add the onion and chicken and saute until the chicken is white and the onion tender. Add the red/green pepper, garlic and sausage and saute for another couple minutes.
