  1. Remove from freezer and scoop walnut sized balls of dough and roll into smooth balls.
  2. Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour to chill or in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients into mixer and mix together until just combined.
  4. Pour in molasses and mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Cream together butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
