  1. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to rise for 12-18 hours, or up to 24 hours.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the warm water. The dough should be sticky and shaggy (I needed about another ⅓ cup flour to achieve this texture).
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yeast, salt and flour. Sprinkle in the cheese and peppers and whisk again.
