Buffalo Chicken and Caramelized Onions Pizza on Cauliflower Crust from Jo Cooks

In the meantime get the onion and chicken ready. In a skillet melt the butter and add the onion and saute until onion is caramelized about 5 to 10 minutes. Season with a bit of salt and set aside.
Add the cauliflower to a pot with a couple cups of boiling water and cover with a lid. Cook the cauliflower for about 10 to 15 minutes until soft. Drain and place in a food processor or blender. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until you get a tick batter. Pour the cauliflower over the parchment paper and using a spatula spread it into a circle that's about ½ inch or less in thickness. Bake crust for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Preheat oven to 450 F degrees. Place parchment paper over a pizza stone or tray.
