3 ice cubes
pinch ground allspice
pinch ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon toasted chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons rolled oats
¼ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
½ cup vanilla yogurt (I used non-fat Greek vanilla)
1 medium sweet apple, chopped, such as Gala or Fuji
