  1. In the same skillet add the tablespoon of olive oil and add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the pork for about 3 to 5 minutes, you just want to get a bit of color on it, then remove it from the skillet.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork slices to it.
