  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Using a pastry blender or two dinner knives, cut cold butter into flour mixture until it resembles course crumbs.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together oats, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
