  1. Toss to combine until seasonings are evenly distributed. Divide the meat into 8 portions and pat into 1” thick patties.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat grill or grill pan. On a large flat surface, spread out hamburger meat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large sauce pan over medium-low heat, combine artichoke hearts, feta cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the cheese has melted.
