  2. Cut dough into six equal pieces.
  3. Pour onto a lightly floured surface and turn dough into a disc.
  4. Add chilled water one tablespoon at a time until combined.
  5. Pinch butter into flour, sugar and salt mixture.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
