  1. Remove the tea bags from the milk (be sure to squeeze out all the milk) and set 1 tea bag aside to use for the frosting. Add the egg to the milk and mix well.
  2. In a bowl, combine all your dry ingredients - the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix well and rub in the butter until you get a breadcrumb-y consistency.
  3. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it starts to boil. Add the teabags and put aside to allow to infuse and cool.
  4. Preheat oven to 170C/325F/Gas mark 3.
