  2. Pour dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  3. Slowly pour milk and water into your dry ingredients. Mix lightly.
  4. Cut shortening and very cold butter into dry ingredients of flour, salt and sugar with a pastry blender.
  5. Butter a round cake pan or skillet and set aside.
  6. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
