  1. For the espresso buttercream
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 20-30 minutes before slicing. Cut the brownies as they are still warm and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center of the brownies no longer moves when the baking dish is moved or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with some brownies clinging but not liquid.
  4. Prepare fudge brownies batter as instructed, omitting nuts. Break up four (4) Mint Oreos into large pieces and mix well into batter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Arrange remaining Mint Oreos on the top of the brownie batter.
  5. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
