  1. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add 1 cup of oats.
  2. Add bananas, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and chopped pecans (walnuts) and mix until well combined.
  3. Combine together the butter and sugar and whisk a bit, just until well-combined.
  4. Grease and dust with flour 9”x5” loaf pan.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).
