  1. Mix together spices for the dry rub then rub it thoroughly into the pork. Heat up a large saute pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add ghee and sear the pork on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Once seared, place on the baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Once done cooking, remove and place some foil on top and let rest for about 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil
