  1. Top with cinnamon, pure maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener), golden raisins and pumpkin seeds. (You can also add more milk if the consistency is too thick).
  2. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, until oats have become soft and absorbed some of the liquid.
  3. Add the oats, shredded carrots and milk/water in a microwavable bowl.
  4. Allow to cool slightly and top with cinnamon, raw honey, sliced bananas and natural peanut butter. (You can also add more milk if the consistency is too thick).
  5. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, until oats have become soft and absorbed some of the liquid.
  6. Add the oats, PB fit powder and milk in a microwavable bowl.
